ADF Flooring is a sole proprietorship owned by Shaun Humphreys, located at 1516 N. Main St., Orem, Utah 84057.

• Standard server logs, including IP address, used to keep the site secure and working

We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
